I hereby apply for admission into the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America, Inc., and agree that my reception and continuance in said Order shall depend on the truthfulness of my answers to the questions which are hereto attached.
TO BE A MEMBER YOU MUST BE A MALE OVER THE AGE OF 16, CATHOLIC AND BE OF IRISH HERITAGE BY BIRTH, DESCENT OR BE LEGALLY ADOPTED BY SUCH A PERSON AND BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER. (Clergy do not need to be of Irish Ancestry)

Membership
Who can join?
Membership in the Ancient Order of Hibernians is open to any man who:
- Is at least 16 years of age
- Is confirmed and in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church
- Is of Irish birth, descent, or adoption
Dues are $40 a year, and after joining we ask that you make a good effort to attend our monthly meetings.
Common questions
Do I have to be born in Ireland?
No. Irish birth, descent, or adoption all qualify, so Irish roots through your family or through adoption count just the same.
How much are dues?
$40 a year.
What is expected of members?
After joining, we ask that you make a good effort to attend our monthly meetings. Beyond that, you are welcome to pitch in wherever you can, from Hibernian Hunger Project food drives to pub nights, the annual picnic, and lectures.
What do we do?
We meet once a month for Division business. We attend and host Irish cultural events, such as the North Texas Irish Festival, Irish music shows, St. Patrick’s Day parades and festivities, Ireland rugby watch parties, and much more. And we serve the community through Christian charity, whether through monetary support or boots on the ground.
